I am an 18-year-old student due to begin a degree in Spanish and German in September at the University of Bristol. Throughout my time in school and college, I have consistently achieved high grades: at GCSE I achieved a full set of Grade 9s (equivalent to high A*) and at A Level I am predicted to achieve straight Grade As in all subjects, including both Spanish and German. I already tutor a number of pupils and so have prior experience in both tutoring and interacting with children. I would be delighted to tutor your child in Spanish or German, whether they are a complete beginner or have some prior knowledge.
Having sat my GCSEs in 2018, I understand the structure and format of the new 9-1 grading system; I am aware that these harder exams are a cause of stress for many young people and I feel that I could guide them through this challenge. Because of this, I would be able to help improve language ability, as well as advise on exam technique and provide speaking practice.
