Alison is a fully qualified teacher who has 35 years of experience teaching in high schools and at a 6th form college locally.
She graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in French studies and taught English in Paris for a year. She has a PGCE and has had extensive experience of teaching syllabuses at both GCSE and A level. Alison has also worked for Edge Hill College as a mentor on their PGCE programme, nurturing the teachers of the future.
Alison has an excellent track record when it comes to exam success for her students. She helps them to reach their potential, and beyond, through her enthusiastic approach to language teaching and learning. She inspires success in her students through an interactive approach in her lessons which engages students whilst ensuring they are thoroughly grounded in the skills needed for exam success.
